If you did more than one, good for you as you are well on your way to being healthy. But if you did none of the above, then it is about time you started as all the activities stated are crucial in building a healthy body and mind.

                You can always start by keeping a weekly chart and checking off all the healthy practices that you have been doing in a week. You can share the chart with your family and friends and encourage them to follow a healthy lifestyle as well. Try it and see how much of a difference it makes in your life. You will find that you have more energy to enjoy life better. That makes for a whole new person with a great attitude.
